The design theme plays with the need for privacy in a not-so-friendly neighborhood and the desire to create an attraction point for the house. 
The layout of the house follows two separate units, one intended for office spaces and guest bedrooms and the other for the main living areas. An interior courtyard opens the main living spaces and connects the two units of the house.
